Instructional Innovation Internship Program

Program Description

The Instructional Innovation Internship (i3) program offers opportunities for Yale students to participate in the development and support of technology-enhanced instructional materials. Students who undertake internships work closely with instructors, instructional technologists, librarians, and teaching specialists to design, develop and support digital teaching resources for use in the Yale curriculum.

The program consists of two phases. Summer internships involve working in small project teams to design and develop new digital teaching resources based on faculty-initiated proposals. During the Fall and Spring semesters, interns provide support for faculty in Arts and Sciences who require assistance with technology-enhanced teaching. Some Interns will be appointed for the summer; others for the academic year. For more information about the i3 program, please contact
